The Asamodo Brasa is already a feast for the eyes in itself. Stylishly kept in red and black, it immediately catches the eye of every visitor and guest.

True enthusiasm, however, always spreads when it becomes clear what the Brasa is capable of. Of course, grilling in its original form with wood, embers, and fire. Thanks to the cleverly designed accessories, however, it is much more than that!

 

The fire basket

The grill lid

The grill lid with integrated thermometer is one of my absolute favorite features. After a very intense initial grilling, the food can be calmly and easily cooked indirectly to the desired core temperature here. (Brasa grill lid – Asamodo)

The skewer set

Thanks to the appropriate attachment, grilling with skewers is also fully possible. The meat can be perfectly cooked evenly from all sides in 90-degree increments without any difficulties. (Skewer Set – Asamodo)

The grill grate (V-grate)

In addition to the classic V-grate, there is also a "normal" grate for the Brasa. This offers a horizontally flat surface and is therefore also suitable for pans and pots. Thanks to the unbeatable design, it also gives your meat the perfect branding. (The 'Brasa' by Asamodo)

The Iron

You read that right – there is also a suitable plancha attachment for the Brasa. Like the grill grate, the plancha lies flat on the otherwise inclined frame. This way, the natural fat does not drain away and ensures perfect flavors and an unbeatable crunch. (Plancha | Large – Asamodo)
