Preparation:

- Cut the sweet potato into thin slices
- Cut the meatloaf into 1 to 2 cm thick slices
- Cut the rolls in half
- Put eggs into a bowl and stir so that the yolk completely mixes with the egg white. Then add cream.
- Refine the scrambled egg mixture with fresh herbs and spices
For grilling:
- Completely cover the bottom of the frying pan with olive oil
- Fry the Fleischkäse or the sweet potatoes in the frying pan
