A day in the life of a Brasa! - Asamodo

Tim takes you on a journey through his everyday life with the Brasa. In doing so, he illustrates that the Brasa, with its variety of applications, is the ideal grill for the whole day.

Admittedly, the first coffee of the day is not prepared on the Brasa from Asamodo, even though this would of course have been easily possible.

With the first coffee in hand, however, it gets going, in no time the logs in the fire basket begin to crackle fiercely. Flames rise, the smell of burning wood fills the nose, heat spreads. 100% Brasa.

With the first glow on the fireclay, a pan takes its place on the grate, and shortly thereafter the day begins with a fresh scrambled egg and grilled baguette.

The cleverly placed hooks on the upper crossbar of the Brasa allow you to prepare a magnificent tomahawk around noon in a way that is unusual for many: hanging. Through the indirect heat, the meat slowly cooks, which ensures an unexpected juiciness and a particularly smoky flavor. Along with a bit of vegetables (in this case green asparagus on the grill and potatoes directly on the hot coals). And just before the end, the steak can also take its place on the grill again, direct heat perfects it to perfection.

In the afternoon, the Brasa rests with me and my guests; it has earned its break fairly, but in the evening it has to get going again. The embers are rekindled immediately, a bit of fresh wood, then a good load of burgers ends the perfect Brasa day. Thanks to the Brasa grill lid with built-in thermometer, the cheese melts in no time, everyone is thrilled.

At the very end of the day, the Brasa is finally allowed to demonstrate his barista skills and treat everyone to a fresh coffee.

Your Brasa is always by your side, no matter what you need it for.
