Last weekend we were at the German Grill Championship in Fulda. For us, it was a super impressive experience. First of all, we want to thank the awesome guests who came by, visited us, and supported us. Above all, we wanted to praise the teams that participated in the championship. They were made up of special personalities who conjured up very extraordinary, high-quality dishes and thus simply did great work.
For us, it is an honor to accompany the German grilling scene and to provide the setting for the highlight of the year. But the focus should be on the teams. We warmly congratulate those teams who have won! And to the others, we say: being there is everything. This also applies to us as spectators and companions of the German Grill Championship.
Of course, we were also very happy to see old acquaintances again and to exchange ideas with new acquaintances. In addition, some new connections were naturally formed, bringing entirely new ideas with them. Through the lively exchange with teams, exhibitors, and guests, we received many new impulses and also had the opportunity to get to know many new extraordinary concepts and approaches.
Through the many hours we spent together as a team, we were able to develop a completely new sense of community and a much stronger team spirit. This cohesion and the shared strong vision have also resonated with many guests, and we are especially proud of that - our team is incredibly strong!
In addition, as a brand, with the team and of course our product Brasa, we received very good feedback. We convinced the different people with our open, friendly, but highly qualitative manner. Even the very little ones were impressed by the open fire and the lively music playing at the booth. Due to our variety of different dishes, there was something for everyone: for the meat lovers, the vegetarians, and also for those who like something sweet and fruity, there was something. We grilled quite a bit, such as our famous Chicken a la Brasa (you can read the recipe on our blog next week and of course try grilling it yourself), the Swabian Maultaschen wrapped in bacon, Chorizos with Chimichurri, Picanha and of course our Pina Asada (grilled pineapple in chocolate).
We wanted to give you a little insight into our weekend with this article and sincerely thank you for your support! We are always delighted to see the enthusiasm for the grill in your eyes. We truly appreciate your commitment, because none of this would have been possible without you!
And so we look forward to future events with you, and if you ever want to have us near you on site, feel free to send us an email at hola@asamodo.de and give us a tip on where something is happening.
We also try to be there at your events!
