In the mood for rib-eye with noodles and vegetables? Here's how easy it is:
Ingredients:
- Rib-Eye Steak 2kg
- Pasta 300g
- Vegetables: bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, spring onions, parsley, zucchini, eggplant.... (there is plenty of room for creativity here)
- Oil and cream
- Pepper, salt, chili, garlic seasoning, oregano (this can also be varied according to taste)

Our wok pan is best suited for this, which you then place over the open fire or very hot embers.

15-20min
Preparation:
- Chop vegetables into small pieces
- Sear the Rib-Eye Steak on high heat and then let it rest at medium heat until it reaches the right doneness.
- Cook pasta
- Now fry the vegetables sharply with plenty of oil
- Cut the rib-eye into small strips and add to the vegetable pan
- Add pasta and cream and let simmer for a bit
- Season to taste
- Add parsley or coriander and it's ready to serve
